Fantastic bit of kit. I’m a truck driver and away most weeks. This will run my kettle and microwave needs for 5 nights away without a charge.

Fantastic Quality

Very impressed with the product and service offered by Jackery from initial order to front door delivery.
The product was well packaged to protect it during transit. On initial inspection we were very happy with the build quality, although noted that it is quite heavy. After reading the instruction manual within the box, we eagerly plugged it in to charge. Again we were impressed with the charge time, approximately 1 hr & 30 mins to fully charge.
The drain down is obviously dependent on what is being powered by the generator. So far we are very happy with our purchase. Maybe our next purchase will be the solar panels to enable a more off grid experience.

Useful power station

Not cheap but very useful for off grid camping.

A: Explorer 1500 Pro is not waterproof. Please make sure you retrieve it when it is raining.

Q2: Can I use other brands of solar panels to recharge the Explorer 1500 Pro?

A:Yes, the Jackery Explorer 1500 Pro can be recharged via other brands of solar panels, the Jackery Explorer 1500 Pro can accept DC 11-60V.

We do not recommend using other brands of solar panels to recharge the Jackery power station.

Since we can not guarantee other brand quality and provide after-sale service for it if it is damaged by other solar panels.

Q3: What is the life expectancy?

A: It is rated for 2000 full charge cycles, at that point you will have about 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there.

Q4: Is the battery cycle life 1000 or 2000 cycles?

A: Please know the "1000 cycles to 80%+ capacity "is actually equivalent to "2000 cycles to 70%+ capacity".There is a difference in battery performance after 1000 cycles （80%）and 2000 cycles（70%）

Q5: How long is the warranty?

A: We provide to 3-year warranty and an extra 2-year auto-warranty for Jackery website orders, and for Amazon orders, please register your item on official website. That is 5-year warranty in total.

Q6: Does the Explorer 1500 Pro is compatible with my device?

A:The Jackery power station Explorer 1500 Pro can run the device at 230V and requires less than 1800W. if it is no more than the output power of the Explorer's AC port, it can be supported by Explorer.
