FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC) will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the official Jackery website, Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C, and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C. Operating the product outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge.

  • No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.

Having used the original 1000 for camping upgrading to the 1000 v2 and 200w panel was a great choice. Plenty of power for the lights, heater and kids tablets. I would have gone for the plus if I knew it could have been expanded!

Works Exactly As it Says

Used this for the first time over the weekend away in our Campervan and all worked exactly as it said it would. Super simple to set up, Quiet in use and the solar saga 200w panels do exactly that (I bought an additional one to give 400w total Solar input). Plugged the van into the pack to keep the van and fridge running from the solar and all worked perfectly. The input power is the critical item for us so it can be charged sensibly rather than total storage capacity. Snapshot of output/input is with the 2 panels setup 'roughly' facing the sun but not exact - just done by eye quickly. All good.

Very impressive Jackery

I use my Jackery solar generators all the time to power my home. It's clean energy and does what I require of it. It can power my tv, fridge freezer and a couple of lights for an entire evening on full charge. It's substantial but light enough to be manouvered by me. It charges very quickly in good sunshine off of my Solar Saga panels. The winter may be a challenge here in Scotland, but I like a challenge. Would definitely recommend.

Great charges my ride on buggy.

I have a ride on golf buggy which fits in my estate car before I discovered Jackery I had to unload to charge it now I just leave it in the back and take the unit and charge it in situ .
