FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC) will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the official Jackery website, Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C, and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C. Operating the product outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it

Small but Powerful

My 4th purchase of Explorer 1000 v2 and perfect for my adjoining cabin from family home to live independently but with all facilities without mains. Being lighter than the larger models and being a slight build. can easily take up for top up via mains in the house. Very robust and has more than enough outlets for cooking/charging items. I designate different power packs for specific purposes. I find that every one has been reliable, charging quickly via mains and have used solar panels that do take far longer being in UK. The cables are of an extremely high quality as is everything about the Jackery products. No wobbly awkward plugs or difficult to insert input/outputs. Can’t fault any of the Power Packs 1000w c2 or in fact other products I have 500w and 100w Power Packs. In my opinion a good buy even though more expensive than similar products. Buy with complete confidence you won’t regret it.

1st impression were great

As per title 1st impressions were great but on the 1st trip our Van was broken into and it was stolen so unfortunately we never got to do anything other than charge it.
A positive was it charged quickly .

Just got to try and get a good deal now to replace it.

Best gift ever

Bought this for a present for my son who wished to go travelling. Now he can use a kettle and a toaster as well as charging his mobile. Bought a car charger for it too so he can charge it while driving to his next destination.
