  • Is it fireproof?

    Yes, the product is 94V-0 fireproof and meets UL2743 certification requirements.

  • What is the maximum number of solar panels that can be connected to the Explorer 2000 Plus?

    Up to 6 solar panels can be connected simultaneously to charge the E2000 Plus.It will take 2 hours fastest to fully charge the item if you plug in 6*200W Jackery solar panel.

  • Can I mix different Jackery solar panel models or quantities when connecting multiple panels to my Portable Power Station?

    No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.

  • Does it support pass-through charging?

    Yes, the Explorer 2000 Plus supports pass-through charging and it won't cause any damage to the battery life.

  • Does it support EPS?

    Yes,the Explorer 2000 Plus supports EPS.

  • How long is the warranty?

    We provide 3+2 year warranty for Explorer 2000 Plus. A 5-year total warranty (includes a 2-year extension) for Jackery website orders, and for Amazon orders, please register your item on the official website: https://support.jackery.com/extend-warranty to get the extra 2-year warranty.

  • Can I use other brands of solar panels to recharge the Explorer 2000 Plus?

    We strongly do not recommend using other solar panel brands to recharge Jackery power station products since we cannot guarantee other brand quality and provide an after-sale service - for instance if damaged through using other company's solar panel brands.

  • Is it Pure Sine Wave inverter power supply?

    Yes, the built-in Battery Management System (BMS) and pure sine wave inverter protects your sensitive devices from damage.

  • How long is the standby?

    30% of the power stored for 1 year can still be left with 20% or more.

  • What type of solar panel is compatible with the Explorer 2000 Plus?

    You can plug in Jackery 80W/100W/200W solar panel to charge the Explorer 2000 Plus.

I ordered my Explorer 2000 with a range of discounts and recieved it within 2 days. I have found all the videos i have watched and all the information on the Jackery website to be accurate and i am very pleased with the product. I researched several different brands of power station as i have never owned one before. I do not know how good or bad the other brands are but the Explorer 2000 is ideal for my needs and i haven't discovered a negative for it yet so would definitely recommend.

I was dubious about purchasing this trolley but was I surprised when I received it. Easy to put up and very very sturdy. I loved that it has 4 wheels on it as it is far easier for me to push it around. Also room for my leads etc. Love the lid as it will hopefully keep things dry
