Please test the compatibility before use to ensure proper operation. This UPS function does not provide seamless switching within 0ms and it is not suitable for demanding equipment such as data servers or workstations.

FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC) will blink at an increased pace.

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the official Jackery website, Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C, and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C. Operating the product outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it unable to charge or discharge.

Excellent back up and portable power.

Having owned the Explorer 500 for a few years it was great when storms bought down the power lines and we had no power for over 24 hours. We had not charged it for over a year and 80% charge remained. It was great keeping phones charged and recharging emergency lighting.
Bought the Explorer 1000 to keep in the car to charge items including my mobility scooter when travelling and keep my CPAP medical device functioning in the event of future power outages.
There are many other and cheaper power backups available but Jackery has proven its worth and reliability a company I trust.

Superb product

I purchased this power pack to help power my live in truck as my 2 110ah lead acid batteries are failing and no longer up to the task.
I am thoroughly impressed with the power available from this device and would recommend it to anyone in need of a quiet, efficient power source.
My only reservation is the fact that the DC input seems to be an in house connector and not an industry standard MC4, which makes connecting standard solar panels difficult, hence 4 stars

Transportable Power Pack That Packs A Big Punch

Living remotely with regular power outages especially during winter months I needed a simple power solution for my home office.

This unit has been tested thoroughly and currently set up as a UPS solution for my home office equipment including WiFi router.

Despite its compact design it truly packs a punch , with it's ease of transportabily I can integrate it into a number of final electrical circuits within the house to run the essentials.

As an avid outdoors person I intend to include this as a power solution for base camp and vehicle equipment. The solar PV bolt on is something I will consider in the future depending on its performance and cost.

Highly recommend this as it has so many applications both at home and in the great outdoors whatever your pursuits may be.
