FAQ

  • The Advocate is the person who shares their unique referral link with friends or family. Anyone can become an Advocate by providing their email and agreeing to subscribe on this page. A unique referral link will be generated, which you can share via social media, email, or simply copy and share with friends, family, or online communities. When users subscribe or place an order through your referral link, you will earn rewards.

  • Any user who has not subscribed to Jackery and has not been referred by any other Advocate is considered an eligible Referee. If they subscribe to Jackery through your unique referral link, they will receive a new customer discount coupon. They will receive the coupon information in their subscription email. If a Referee receives multiple referral links from different Advocates, they can only receive the reward from one link and will be bound to that Advocate. Once they receive a reward, they cannot earn another reward from other referral links.

  • - Subscribe: Every time a Jackery referral signs up using your unique referral link, you will receive a £15 stackable discount voucher. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn.

    - Purchase: If a referral signs up through your personal referral link and makes a first purchase over £600 within 90 days of signing up and no refunds are made within 30 days of the order being shipped or the order amount remains over £600 after partial refunds, you will receive £30 30 days later. There is no limit to the number of rewards you can earn.

    You can earn both of the above rewards for every referral sign-up and purchase. The more you refer, the more you earn.

  • When you are eligible for a reward, you will receive a notification email. Follow the instructions in the email to claim your reward in My Account - My Referral. The reward will only be activated and start its validity period after you claim it. Please claim your reward within 180 days of issuance, or it will expire without compensation.

  • When you first participate as an Advocate, an email containing your unique referral link will be sent to your email. Additionally, you can re-enter your email on the Referral Program page to retrieve your link, or go to My Account - My Referral to view your link, claimed rewards, and referral progress.

  • Yes, you can only earn rewards if Referees subscribe through your link. They cannot receive a new customer discount coupon through another referral link.

  • No, as long as the email they use to place the order matches the email they used to subscribe through your link, the system will recognize them as your Referee. However, the Referee must place their first order over £600 within 90 days of subscribing, and the order must remain above £600 after 30 days without refunds or after partial refunds for you to earn the reward.

  • No, you can only earn one subscription reward and one purchase reward from the same Referee. However, you can invite more friends to subscribe and make purchases to earn unlimited rewards.

  • Your referral link will remain valid indefinitely unless the program is terminated.

  • 1. Jackery reserves the right to suspend or terminate the referral program or user participation at any time for any reason.


    2. If Jackery detects any activity it believes to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the terms of service, the user's account may be suspended, and referral rewards may be revoked.


    3. Jackery will review all referrals and reserves the right to suspend accounts or disqualify referrals it deems to be unfair or inappropriate.
