Note 1: The UPS function (≤20ms) of the E240 New Version supports some desktop computers and CPAP machines that require uninterruptible power supply within 20ms. The Jackery Lab has rigorously tested the HP Z230 desktop computer and 15W router, confirming their seamless compatibility.

FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
    will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
    Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
    and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
    outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge.

Superb,..!

Small but Powerful…the Jackery 240 ticks all the boxes; on a 100% charge I can run all my Tech for at least 4 days. It’s light, it’s so portable and I wouldn’t be without it! 😎❤️

Another great product

This is the third generator addition to the Jackery family, 250, 1000 v2 and now 2000 v2. I find the solar charging of these devices very fast (even with the UK weather). It’s great being able to power multiple high demand items off the 2000, and gives me peace of mind if we experience any power outages.

Tidy smaller battery bank retaining most of the features of the larger versions

I bought the 1000V2, then saw the 240V2 on offer. Both combined were still cheaper than the 'plus' models while offering the convenience of being able to take the supply that best suits the task. This unit includes wifi and bluetooth connectivity with the Jackery App, the only thing that's 'missing' feature wise vs the 1000v2 are the dedicated DC8020 ports for solar/12V charging - this taking please instead via the USB-C input. When buying, don't forget to add the USB-C to DC8020 adapter so you can use a car charger/etc with the unit. Mains charging is usually fast - I say usually because the speed seems to depend on the current state of charge, temperature etc. Sometimes it does seem a bit random whether it will charge at 300watts or 60watts. Im hoping that a firmware update (these are done via the app) will improve this.
