Note 1: The UPS function (≤20ms) of the E240 New Version supports some desktop computers and CPAP machines that require uninterruptible power supply within 20ms. The Jackery Lab has rigorously tested the HP Z230 desktop computer and 15W router, confirming their seamless compatibility.

FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
    will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
    Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
    and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
    outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge.

Does not charge, poor customer service

Bought the power bank from Amazon. Unpacked it and plugged into the mains to fully charge. It did not charge. Called customer service, they said they couldn't help and I would be emailed by tec support. They emailed but didn't understand the issue. emailed back, that was yesterday afternoon. Not heard anything back. I needed the power bank for tomorrow, as I'm away for a a few days. I hate leaving 1 star reviews and I have the Explorer 1000 which works well.

Much needed product

Purchased the Jackery 240 v2 to take to our British superbike weekends. We go camping for 3 nights 4 days and often need to change multiple items. 100% charge has lasted the full long weekend charging mobile phones, tablets, Nintendo switch and camera batteries. Also used the jackery to pump up air beds and inflatable sofa etc.
Best purchase we have made so far and looking at buying the solar panel as soon as the bank balance allows

It kept my phone charged along with the wee 400W tent heater on to keep me cosy ☺️ I did not try the solar panel just yet,but it is a great option to have.

Great bit of kit. Has exceeded my expectations. App works really well and simple to use explorer turns on as soon as it gets an input from solar mat which means you can then connect via app on your phone. It then turns off automatically after two hours up to 24 hours on its own, which means you never have to worry about turning it on and off! Can also operate the sockets on and off via phone. Would recommend getting either one 200 W Matt or 2×100 personally prefer 2×100 it’s easier to move round and place. Found with 100w mat not enough input with our British weather! Although in the summer it might be fine.
