At the full price this is an expensive bit of wire! However having paid a lot of money for your Jackery do you really want to save a couple of pounds? At 12 volts this cable must carry a significant current to recharge your unit so best buy the proper cable and rest easy knowing that you have the best.

I brought my Jackery 1000 v2 for a number of uses previously covered by a variety of batteries, inverters and bits of wire and plugs. It worked but this is a whole new world, with everything in one unit and no need for thick pieces of wire and fuses to carry large currents safely.

This Jackery does everything easily and conveniently and provides enough power for all reasonable requirements. It’s very user friendly and just does exactly what you expect.

Ordered this cable for my solar panel, good quality from well known brand. Delivered quick as expected.

I recently bought a Jackery Solar Generator 1000 v2 to add to my two original Jackery Explorer 1000 (along with solar panels for each).
We used the v2 on Saturday there, and it was a revelation. We initially used the original Jackery 1000 to power a pet hair drier at its lowest setting. However, when it got to around 700w draw it would cut out as we expected.
When we used the v2 it drove the drier without interuption - brilliant. With its much higher peak at around 1500w it took it in its stride. The v2 is also much quicker recharging (probably between 1.6 to 2 hours) than my original two Jackerys which are probably 6 to 7 hours.
While I have not tried the solar panels I have every confidence in their specification by Jackery as evrything has panned out as claimed and more.
I have persuaded a friend the for his large caravan to purchase a Jackery 2000 as a back up to the caravans out battery system. He really wants a 3000 but onlt needs a 2000.
Excellent equipment, I would recommend anyone thinking about buying a Jackery, buy one but the next one up in power - you always find uses for it.
