We have the 2000 plus and three battery packs with two solar chargers with two extension leads for panels.
Very impressive home system, really compliments our of grid set up at home.
We take the main unit with us when we go away in motorhome ( 2004 ) add to our solar 12v the 240v this gives is amazing.
Highly recommend system.
Being as I drive for a living, taking one battery pack and useing the cabs 12v system gives us 50%+ especially on a 13 hr shift.
As always a great service from Jackery , second battery purchase to add to my 2000 plus , I now have a great system to completey run my caravan , all I need now is sunshine .
Very easy to hook up and gives a lot of extra battery storage
Bought this to use with my Jackery 1000, but it's not compatible as the 1000 unit doesn't have the socket at the back for the huge plug and cable that comes with this product, not enough info on the website and it didn't state that it wasn't compatible
Excellent product, well made and truly plug and play. My additional battery pack allows me to run my power hungry caravan easily. Considering further expansion battery packs as backup for my house, possibly the full 12kWh system.
Good size for the capacity
Had the 240 before this is way better
I bought this to use when camping in the van.
I recently got to use it on one of my trips and it worked brilliant.
It was easy to set and use and would definitely recommend them to others
Very sturdy. Does everything I wanted it for
Bought my jacket for my little vw T4 and it’s brilliant , ran my air fryer for a cheeky chippy tea and my laptop whilst sitting by the sea .
This is a great lamp. The LEDs are a bright white colour and light the van and tent up perfectly.
I bought this to charge all my electronics while im fishing. Ive just recently used the Explorer 500 v2 on a 2 day session on the bank and it had no problem charging everything and still had loads in the tank.
Works fantastic for me. It usually charges via USB and I charge my phone through it. Takes a week or so to then deplete the battery with phone charges. Can plug into my solar too, but need the summer for that to work!
It's lovely to be able to take power to our sheds when needed but camping this weekend was our first chance to really see what the Jackery could do. Grey autumn fog prevented us trying out the solar panel but a 2 night stay in our micro camper, using the Jackery for small gadgets and even short uses of an 800w heater to take off the chill left us with 37% charge with no topping up. That's exactly what we need for short off grid stays. The Jackery sat neatly between the front seats so didn't take up room in the living space, was quiet and did the job.
A great little power bank. Lightweight, versatile, and fast to charge. Great for all our needs, works with original solar panels, and small enough to store in the motorhome. Great price, too. Comparable with other makes, and really great purchase!
What a great little lamp, battery life seems good and light given off belies its size.
Not only is the bag very useful with the power pack, it has many other uses and therefore a nice bag to have.
I am very happy with my purchase and am finding more and more ways to use this option on my property. I wish I had also purchased the solar panels as part of the package and am trying to get a deal on that.
Great bit of kit.. keeps my phone charged, my heater and kettle running and my laptop topped up. Keep it charged while out and about with the solar panels and car charger. Would totally recommend.
At first it might seem counterintuitive, however, I changed my 200w panel for 2x 100w panels and yet I couldn’t be more pleased. I did this for a number of reasons but primarily to afford me greater flexibility and convenience. I say Flexibility because I found that in my circumstances I couldn’t always find a site to position the larger panel such that it would receive optimal exposure the sun, ie one end of the panel often being in shade as the sun rose through the day - necessitating a regular adjustment throughout the day to ensure I maximised my charging potential. With the small 100w panels, owing to their high efficiency, I can position them in a more compact space (usually behind each other) ensuring they both get maximum exposure for longer before one end becomes shaded. I also find I can often find two smaller and separate locations that will give me full exposure whereas with the longer 200w panel only partial exposure in either spot would have been possible. Which is where the convenience comes in. Not only does the aforementioned mean I have to readjust my panel(s) less frequently to maximise their potential, they are also less cumbersome to move and reset when I need to, not to mention less heavy to pack and carry. This is not to say the 200w panel is not worth buying, on the contrary, it is perfect if you have well exposed permanent pitch, however, if like me you find that you are constantly moving, sometimes in more enclosed areas, having two separate panels opens up my options and hence convenience. One of the other major advantages of having two separate panels (either 200w or 100w) over just one is that should anything unfortunate befall one panel I am still left with a source to charge my Power Station, albeit at a reduced rate. Of course with a single panel all potential would be lost. These are just a few of the reasons behind my decision to ‘double up’ there, I am sure many more depending on individual circumstances which makes considering the ‘dual’ option a more practical solution to maintaining a more sustainable charging regime.
Handy to have incase away
