                            • A:  Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 500-Watt. Once exceeding, the Explorer 500 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

                            • A: Working time = 500Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device.

                              For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 500Wh*0.85/60w=7hrs (rough calculated) .

                              Please note: actual power consumption varies from different usages, please consult Jackery for better purchase decision.

                            • A:  Within 7.5 hours from an AC wall outlet; Also another two recharge backup choices for your convenience, recharge from car port around 7.5 hours, and around within 9.5 hours from Jackery Saga 100W solar panel (Sold Separately).

                            Hi there,

                            I just had to share my fantastic experience with the Jackery 500 home generator. It has been an absolute lifesaver for me, especially after experiencing numerous power cuts. I honestly couldn't imagine being without it now!

                            This generator has proven to be incredibly reliable and efficient. It is there right when I need it most, ensuring that I never have to worry about being left in the dark. The peace of mind it provides, and the many functions is truly invaluable.

                            If you're considering getting a home generator, I highly recommend the Jackery 500. It has made a world of difference for me, and I'm sure it will do the same you.  They have a great range to choose from catering for all needs.

                            I dived and and bought this and im happy I did. We use it as a backup to our campervan solar. Its lightweight and beautifully designed. Charges our phones and gadgets very quickly and we are happy to have this be part of our outdoor vanlife. Thanks Jackery...by the we purchased the unit and not asked to review it.

                            A great lightweight companion too add to your glamping experience!

                            Excellent bit of kit, especially for the price. Charges quickly and powered a Samsung Freestyle 2 projector, lights and a mini Halfords fridge for the entire evening (1800-2300) and still had over 42% afterwards to keep food/milk cold throughout the hot/humid night and still had 20% in the morning. Put it back on charge and a few hours later, was back at 100%, good to go again. The Explorer 500 in my honesty opinion is the perfect balance of portability, lightweight and power vs. cost. I was unsure about spending the money on one, but now I'm convinced. Very well worth it and now wouldn't go away without it. When not used whilst away camping, I use it in my garage for all the lighting and lower power draw appliances.

                            Not as good as I expected

                            I used my jackery for the first time whilst glamping for 2 nights. I had high hopes and was gutted that my electric cool box literally zapped the power down immediately. Perhaps this is my fault and it’s not suitable to charge such an item. I am a little disappointed

                            I bought this over Christmas. Charged it fully with no issues. It portable and easy to use. I love the fact that the carry handle is a usb c to usb c and also it’s charging cable. It a really well thought out bit of kit.

                            I have been eagerly awaiting this launch for some time. I have a number of Explorers of differing capabilities, as such I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. It is a great piece of kit. Much quieter than V1 in which the fan kicks in noisily. It has a lot of power in a good compact form. Now flat topped with folding handle which makes it stackable, which is important (to me). This can run a TV all evening, charge phones, laptop and rechargeable bulbs all on one charge. The big change AND bonus is, it only takes 2 hours to charge from AC compared to the 7 hours of it's predecessor.
                            Would recommend.

                            Fully charged the 1000 v2 is a brilliant piece of kit for emergency power outages, camping out or that extra power source outside in our garden. On the first day of getting it we had a full English breakfast - cooked on a low power 900w hotplate, ran 2 light sources and by juggling the plugs toasted bread and had coffee. Afterwards the battery was still half full so, with the sun out, we connected it up to trickle charge via the Solarsaga panel.

                            A 5 star experience - Now my wife loves it too! 😌
