Jackery Car Charging Cable

These are great, borrowed my friends and was so good, I got my own!

Great item so far, lots of power for off grid trips, works great with solar and jump start leads are handy in case of emergency vehicle issues.

As always this is an excellent quality item, Allows your Jackery to be easily carried with the added benefit of padded protection.

What a great piece of kit, we have a classic VW camper with no facilities for electric hookup. The 2000 V2 solves all the problems we have encountered in the past and no doubt others we haven’t even thought of yet. I guarantee that anyone who purchases any of the Jackery range will not be disappointed, the quality is also 2nd to none.

I ordered this as my car goes into the garage in winter nose first. No way of getting a neighbourly jump start as I found out after the car hadn't been used for a while. It is, as expected a quality product which I tested out with my Exorer 500 v2 and it works well. It doesn't jump your battery, it's a slow charge - about 20- 30 mins. Great for emergencies. I would recommend.

I already have a Jackery 1000 version 1 Power Station which I purchased years ago, this has given good service and been in use daily, I took the opportunity to get the Version 2 which now has improved features. It is good value and the flat top is much better. Some of the features I cannot use as I do not own a 'smart phone' but that is not a problem for me, the only downside (for me) to that is the serial number is a on a QR code however the fantastic help line were able to give me the number when I sent in a close up photo of it. I put all relevant information on the manual that comes in the box (just in case it is required down the line) The helpline are very responsive, My V1 developed a fault towards the end of it's guarantee and Jackery arranged replacement and carriage free of charge. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Very well made, strong, robust and works as expected. Only time will tell as to its longevity, but a very useful addition to my Jackery off-grid power solution.

This machine is brilliant, I bought it for when I go off grid in my camper van. I received the unit quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately while testing appliances it came up with a fault each time. I contacted customer services and they were brilliant! I sent pics and video of the fault and within 3 days I had a return label to send it back for a replacement. 2 days later I had my replacement! The nice part was that rather than speak to different people each time I emailed, I had one person (in particular, Marita). Very efficient, very apologetic and couldn't help me enough. I now have a working unit with no faults and can't wait to go away and use it!

Bought the connector in order to make. Best use of. My three solar panels. Works perfectly and does what it says on the tin.

I haven't had a chance to use this 'in the fied' yet but all seems good so far. I would like to give a shout out to Hidie from the Jackery Team for her excellent customer service after DPD delivered my power station with the box soaked in some kind of oil. When I reached out with photos she responded quickly, arranging collection of the power station and delivery of a replacement, keeping in touch regularly throughout this process. I really appreciate this level of customer care, and it definitely inspires confidence in the company and product.
