  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC) will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the official Jackery website, Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C, and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C. Operating the product outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge.

  • No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.

Loving my jackery

ive finally decided to write a review after testing my jackery. Ive taken in camping in Derbyshire in my van, across to Holland where I played football and have used it lots when i stealth camp in my van. I love the fact everything is chunky and well made. The solar panel is fab and the little indicator for the sun is clever. Also the way it folds down and magnets hold it together is really good. I like all the different plugs and charging bits and the torch is really good too. My only gripe was that it took a lot of power and charge to boil a large pan of water on a 600 watt stove, but stupidly i bought it to the boil from cold and should have used the 600watt kettle to boil the water first. I gave in and we used the gas stove in my friends camper van. It was definetly worth buying the in van charging cable as that got me enough charge on my way to Harwich docks from Derbyshire to brew a few cups of tea in the wee hours before the ferry and charge my phone until i could plug the jackery into the mains at the hotel. It was quick to charge there and using it minimally just to charge my phones, watch and earphones was brilliant and i still have charge on it now. My biggest regret is not being able to afford the 200w solar panel as i just bought the 100watt. In full sun it takes 15 hours to fully charge the jackery so for every 100watt panel you can halve that. They can be linked in series but then you are carrying them and I only have a vauxhall vivaro. All in I really like it - especially the panel showing the input and output and the fact I can look at info on the app. Its well worth it but if you afford it increase your solar panel size

Great bit of kit

Bought the Explorer 1000v2 + 100w solarsaga as extra power for our campervan, it kept our thermoelectric cool box going all weekend and occasional hair dryer use, still loads of power left up to when we were packing up. It’s also been used it as portable power for garden tools. Great product 5 stars.

After spending a lot of time researching and comparing with competitor products we decided on the Jackery explorer 1000 V2. Very pleased with our decision. Product arrived in quick time. Fires up really quickly and plenty of power supply for our cooking appliances on the campervan. No need to spend time switching on the gas supply.
