Excellent product, used to power the lights, charge phones, etc. in my awning when off-grid. The App is informative, easy to use and the product information is the same as that displayed for the 2000 Plus, which uses the same App. The Solar panels easily charged them during the day, ready for another evening meal outside. Happy days!

Excellent bit of kit, especially for the price. Charges quickly and powered a Samsung Freestyle 2 projector, lights and a mini Halfords fridge for the entire evening (1800-2300) and still had over 42% afterwards to keep food/milk cold throughout the hot/humid night and still had 20% in the morning. Put it back on charge and a few hours later, was back at 100%, good to go again. The Explorer 500 in my honesty opinion is the perfect balance of portability, lightweight and power vs. cost. I was unsure about spending the money on one, but now I'm convinced. Very well worth it and now wouldn't go away without it. When not used whilst away camping, I use it in my garage for all the lighting and lower power draw appliances.

Great product amd easy to charge my power station whistle your on the move

I needed an off grid option for my camper van and went for the Jackery explorer 2000v2 power station and 200w solar saga portable panels package. Straight out of the box I'm impressed with the build quality and efficiency of the system, recording outputs of 225 watts, it does everything I needed the system for and more!

Very happy with the 1000 unit that we've purchased. This is a backup power supply for the cottage we have in a remote area, where we suffer fairly regular power outages, particularly in the winter. We chose this unit so that we can use up to a 1500w appliance on it. We didn't go for a solar panel as it is not that environment that we intend it for. For our purposes, its ideal. The build quality of the unit looks great and the charge time is pretty quick. So we are very pleased.

Wonderful lightweight but powerful light that has a dimmer setting so you can have it as dull or bright as you like.

Talking with a guy at a rally and he told me about his jackery and how good it was he was able to change his wife's mobility scooter and charge phones etc .. I was really impressed and it was easy to work... although we have a solar panel on the roof of our camper it was always a worry if we were going to be OK on very dull days .. however having now purchased a jackery 1000 I have complete peace of mind, also got the solar panel win win.....very easy to use and small enough to store in van....

The quality of all the Jackery products I’ve bought is brilliant including this item.
I might be more expensive than other brands but I understand why.
Excellent products

Unit is great for the size. Simple to use controls and easy to transport.
One complaint is the add-ons such as leads and solar panels are so expensive for what they do and the amount of time it takes for a 100w panel to fully charge the unit.

Lovely bag to protect my 1000v2 when moving around to where I’m going to use it. Nicely padded, nice zips and nice handles. Feels a quality product.

Superb power supply. Have used it over a few weekends since receiving it. Easily powers my 45L fridge for the weekend only using about 30-40% of the battery. Plenty left for my other gadgets like phone, drone and laptop.
Well packaged and great quality product. Feels well made and robust. Have also ordered some solar panels to go with it for longer off grid adventures.

Won in the summer event, and wasn’t sure I’d use it but it’s found a home in the garage with all my diy tools in it and is a great way to store them and get the rolling back and forth to the house! Very useful piece of kit.
