From start to finish the customer service has been outstanding, I asked if the delivery could be prompt as I was going off grid to a festival! I received the Jackery 1000 V2 with the solar panel! I didn’t even need to charge all weekend- I came home with 34% still left. We had phones charging, hairdryer, straightners, portable phone chargers… so impressed such a great addition to campervan life and perfect for festival!

Needed a way to keep some electronic items charged whilst on a recent camping trip. The sites I visited did not have any electrical hook-up so was self sufficient. This unit recharged my phone, camera and tracking equipment in the evening ready for the next morning. I then poked the solar panel out of the bottom of the tent and left it to recharge the battery whilst out during the day. Worked perfectly and meant I could use my devices without concern that I would not be able to recharge them. The display on the battery is very smart in that it will tell you the charging and discharging wattage. I did find that the solar panel takes a bit of manipulating to get it to lay flat, but it was nothing a few well placed rocks etc didn't cure. I imagine it will become more flexible with time and use.

We bought one for camping, which is our passion, and took it to Devon with the tent. One of the reasons for purchasing this is to avoid the electricity charge on a site and to be totally independent. It worked brilliantly and was very easy to set up and use so bought another one as well, for home, as we want to save money on our electric bills (we are Pensioners in our 80s). We absolutely love them and are trying out all our gadgets with them. Fantastic bit of kit, just annoyed we didn't come to Jackery earlier in life!

I've bought lots of these lamps now - both for myself and as gifts for friends and family. They're excellent quality, the battery lasts really well and they give off a warm glow to make any nocturnal activity easy.

This cable is extremely useful.
I park my truck side on to the sun and I’m able to have both my solar panels side by side next to the truck. The picture is one panel with the extension cable.
Helps with having the original shorter cable and you have a much further reach.

Absolutely thrilled with the Jackery 1000 v2. Whether using an air fryer or just a toaster, camping dining is so easy with this power station.

Very pleased with my purchase. Used it almost immediately after charging, plugged in the hedge trimmer and got to work in the garden. No need for trailing extension leads!
Now in the camper van with solar panel connection awaiting its first outing on a trip off grid.

I bought this as a gift as I have owned Jackery products in the past. ,they are very pleased with the gift.

We bought this Jackery Explorer a couple of weeks ago and although we haven’t had chance to use it to its full potential I have been able to plug my angle grinder in to clean up my gates as no power near them that would reach.Also I have charged my phone up at the same time, looking forward to using it with our caravan next time we go off grid and to see how it goes with the solar panel.

I've been living in the summertime off grid for a number of years in my caravan, able to take work with me before I retired. However I had to be utterly reliant on friends and neighbours in order to recharge phone and laptop. But no more and the Jackery provide such a relief! Can as well now power my lights, radio, kettle, blender - in fact anything that i use when at home! My Jackery is brilliant and i'd recommend to anyone.
