    • A: No, because this product is a lithium battery. According to the International Standards & Regulations for the Transportation of Hazardous Materials, no lithium batteries with more than 100 watt hours may be allowed in carry-on bags.

    • A: The product adopts an air-cooled system, and the built-in fan helps the product to cool better. Slight noise when using is normal.

    • A: Yes, you can. When charged with AC input, it supports a maximum power output of 1800W. When charged with AC input + DC input ( i.e. solar charging or car charging) simultaneously - it supports a maximum power output of 1800W. When charged with DC input (i.e. solar charging or car charging), it supports a maximum power output of 2200W.

    • A: If the battery is to be unused for a long time (more than 3 months), it should be maintained at 60-80% of the rated capacity (it's recommended to check and charge every 3 months). Store it in a dry and cool place with temperature range between 0 ℃~40 ℃, and humidity 0%~60%. Avoid contact with corrosive substances, and far from fifire and heat sources.

    • A: We are very sorry, but it cannot be used to jump start a vehicle. However, it can be used as power supply for automobiles. You can recharge the car via a Jackery power supply cord, which is available for purchase separately.

    • A: In case of forgetting to turn off the output (causing the battery to drain), the Low Power Mode will be turned off by default. That is, when the port is connected to a small load device(AC Output≤25W, USB Output≤2W, Car Port≤2W) for 12 hours, the device will automatically be turned off. In case you want to resume recharging, press the car port button/USB button/AC button to restart the device. If you want to turn on the Low Power Mode, long press the AC Button and DISPLAY until the Low Power Mode icon appears on the screen.     So cute and perfect for power cuts. It feels robust, looks good and is very portable for carrying around and placing in my home. It can even be hung up. A sturdy switch for cycling through its various light modes makes this my favourite emergency lighting lamp (I have quite a few living in rural Scotland) highly recommend it, I’m delighted with it.

    So, with the threat of Powercut’s this coming winter I decided to be proactive and to sort myself out with back-up power. There was so much choice out there!! But reviews I read, brand reputation and the look of this power station had me opting to purchase the Explorer 2000 v2 power station.

    I also watched lots of videos on both YouTube & Facebook before settling on my choice of purchase. I love it, why did it take so long for me to buy one!

    Come on, it looks good, love the black & orange colour way. It’s a beast (though I think I’ll be buying an even bigger one in the future ha) and I haven’t stopped using it since it arrived. It’s intuitive and relatively easy to use out of the box. A read of the instructions had me downloading the app and setting all that up.

    It just works! AC power currently running my big kitchen fan and charging my gadgets by DC power outlets. Plenty of ways to use this to save money on my power bills (charge up on cheap rate) power devices & charge device on peak rate - a no-brainer, so not just good for power cuts.     Brilliant power station for the caravan!

    I bought the Jackery Solar Generator 1000 v2 for use with my caravan and I’m really impressed with it so far. It’s compact enough to take with us but still has plenty of power for what we need.

    It’s really easy to use, charges quickly and gives us that extra bit of freedom when we’re away without having to rely completely on the campsite electric hookup. It’s been great for powering our smaller appliances, charging phones and other devices, and generally keeping everything topped up while we’re away.

    The build quality feels excellent and it’s reassuring knowing we have a decent amount of backup power with us. The solar charging is also a fantastic addition, especially for longer trips.

    Overall, I’m really happy with the Jackery 1000 v2 and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable portable power solution for their caravan. A great bit of kit and well worth the money

    The power station does everything it says it does. Recharge is very fast, we used for our fridge and it lasted for over two days. Its invaluable for iPads and phones when off grid.

    I now have three of these lamps and I love them.

    I now have three of these lamps and I love them. They are really well designed and lovely to look at but also very functional with different light settings. Easy to charge via a USB cable as well.
    My lamps sit out in our conservatory and give off a lovely light setting after dark but are also there in readiness for power cuts etc. We don't camp anymore but these lamps would be perfect to take on a camping trip.
    Solid, sturdy and highly recommended.

    Great addition, if you already own a Jackery

    Got a set of these recently and I’ve already used them. was away in the Caravan when the leisure battery went flat luckily had my Jackery with me. I was able to charge my leisure battery with these cables. Great little addition to have if you have a Jackery.
