  • How do I receive the free gift for orders over £1500?

    After registering, place your first order of £1500 or more. You will then receive an email with a gift redemption code. Simply use the code to redeem your gift. Each member can redeem the gift once only.

  • How do I cancel Jackery membership?

    Contact our customer service team to cancel your account. Points will be reset to zero.
    Logged out users can become Jackery members again through the registration process. Points will be recalculate.
    If you wish to re-register as a member, to ensure successful login, please use a different email account for registration.

  • If I have many Jackery accounts, can I merge them into one?

    If you register with different email addresses, the Jackery ID will be different and can not be merged.

  • Do I need to re-register from Jackery's other site if I have already registered?

    Once the user has registered, their account is compatible with all official Jackery sites.

  • What is Jackery Membership?

    Jackery Membership is a points-based program through which our customers (like you!) earn points on uk.jackery.com. Your points can be redeemed for rewards. It's totally free to join us. It's our way to say thank you and to show how much we appreciate your loyalty.

  • How do I join Jackery Membership?

    You need to register for a Jackery account to become a Jackery member.
    If you do not have one, register now. Here is the step-by-step guide for registering if you need to learn how.
    If you already have an account on the Jackery official website, you can activate or log in to your existing account.

  • How to earn points?

    When you become a member of Jackery, you can earn points by completing specified tasks on the official website. Here are some notes for you.

    Membership Registration: If you registered before June 2023, you need to activate your membership by logging in and verifing your account. You can earn points for your first registration or activation.


    Email Subscription: You can earn points by subscribing to Email for once. No points for resubscribing after unsubscribing.


    SMS Subscription: You can earn points by subscribing to SMS for once. You need to enter your phone number in 'Account Center - My Profile' or on the page of 'Extend your warranty' , but not only subscribe from the footer of the website.


    Fill in your birthday: You can earn points by filling in your birthday. Get points on each birthday and Get shopping points double. Your birthday can only be modified once.


    Extend your warranty: Only for users who purchase from third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. Once you extend product warranty from the official website successfully, points will be issued according to the rules.


    Shopping Points: After purchasing products on Jackery official website, you can get points based on the total value of orders. In addition, the 2nd/3rd/5th order or the purchase value reaching £2500/£4000/£6000 allow you to get extra points respectively.


    Joining Extra Points Activities: You can get points by participating in Extra Points Activities on Jackery official website. For details, please refer to the activity description on the page of Jackery membership.

  • When will the points be credited to my account?

    Points are credited at different times depending on how they are earned:

    ① Instant points: Points earned from tasks on the official website — such as registration, subscription, adding your birthday, or extending your warranty — will be credited to your account within 24 hours.

    ② Pending purchase points: Points from purchases will appear as 'coming soon points' once your order has been shipped. These points will become available 30 days after shipping. and will then be added to your points balance.

    If your order contains multiple items, the dispatch date of the first item will be used as the starting point. Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid for the order.

    Please note: 'Coming Soon Points' cannot be used to redeem rewards on the official website.

  • What to do if my points were not properly credited to my account?

    If you have questions related to your membership account and points balance, please contact our Customer Service at hello.eu@jackery.com.

  • Do my points expire?

    Jackery points are valid for two years from the date they are earned.
    Each point balance will expire individually based on when the points are credited to your account. Expired points will be automatically deducted.

  • Will I receive points for transactions made before the launch of the Jackery Membership Program?

    Yes. After the Jackery Membership Program officially launched on June 29th, 2023, eligible purchases and activities completed on the Jackery official website from January 1st, 2020 onward may be credited with Original Points once you register as a Jackery member.

    Each Original Point will expire two years from the date it was originally earned. (Note: To ensure you receive points for your orders, please confirm that the email address used during registration is the same as the email address used when placing the order.)

  • Can tax or shipping charges be credited to points?

    No. Calculation of points excludes payment by the Member for shipping charges and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes.

  • What happens to my points if I cancel an order or return a product?

    If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed or adjusted accordingly. Points may also be deducted for partial refunds or price adjustments.

  • Special statement about Cross-site points.

    If you have point balances across Jackery’s official sites, they will be displayed separately on each site.


    Points can only be redeemed on the site where they were earned, and cannot be combined across regions.

  • Can redeemed rewards be shipped together with products I purchase from Jackery?

    No. Rewards redeemed with points or received from prize draws are shipped separately from purchased items.

    These rewards will usually be delivered within 60 working days. Please make sure your delivery address has been submitted or confirmed so we can arrange shipment in time.

  • Can I cancel, return or exchange rewards redeemed with points?

    Once a reward has been redeemed, the redemption cannot be cancelled, and the reward cannot be returned or exchanged.

    If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support team at hello.eu@jackery.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Do I need to pay for shipping on redeemed products?

    In most cases, shipping is free for redeemed products. However, shipping fees may apply for certain products or delivery locations.


    Please note that orders shipped to Northern Ireland may incur additional shipping charges due to higher delivery costs.

  • Can my rewards, benefits or points be converted into cash?

    No. Rewards, benefits and points earned through the Jackery Membership Programme have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person.

    The only exception is gift cards, which may be shared with friends or family.

    Rewards redeemed through the programme may not be sold or transferred to third parties. Jackery reserves the right to take action against any unauthorised transactions.

  • How can I check the rewards I’ve redeemed?

    You can view your redeemed rewards in the following ways:

    ① Account Centre: Log in to the Account Centre at account.jackery.com and check “Wallet & Rewards.”

    ② Member Homepage: Log in to the Member homepage at membership.jackery.com and view your rewards under “My Rewards.”

    You will also receive an email confirmation when rewards such as coupons, gift cards, or Jackery products are issued.

  • What can Jackery points be redeemed for?

    Jackery points can be redeemed for a range of rewards, including discount coupons, gift cards, Jackery products, and exclusive gifts.

    Rewards are only valid on the website where the points were earned or redeemed and cannot be used across different regional sites. Please make sure to redeem your rewards within their validity period.

    Some rewards may have redemption limits within a certain time period. If the limit is reached, you will receive a system notification. Once the next redemption cycle begins, you will be able to redeem rewards again.

    ① Jackery coupon: Each coupon has a specific discount, minimum order amount, applicable products, and validity period. Please check the detailed information of each coupon when using it. Coupons cannot be combined or stacked with any other offers including sales, coupons, etc. Users can redeem benefits as long as they have sufficient points balance.

    ② Jackery gift card: Each gift card has a specific denomination and validity period. Please check for more information of each gift card when using it. Users can redeem it up to 1 times in the past 30 days.

    ③Jackery Product:The offer cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions, including sales and coupons. To claim the offer, enter the code and corresponding email address at checkout. Please remember that each Jackery Product coupon can only be used to purchase one specific item. Users can redeem it up to 1 times in the past 30 days.

    ④ Non-Jackery gift cards: There are a limited number of non-Jackery gift cards available. When the total inventory has been claimed, you may receive an "out of stock" message and will not be able to redeem your points. Non-Jackery gift cards will not display when they are out of stock. For details on the usage rules of non-Jackery gift cards, please refer to the corresponding brand’s official website. Users can redeem it up to 1 times in the past 30 days.

  • How can I redeem my Jackery points for rewards?

    Log in to the Member homepage at membership.jackery.com. Available rewards will be highlighted — simply select the reward you want and click “Redeem.”

    You can also access the Member homepage from your Account Centre by clicking “Points Balance.”

    Please note: Points cannot be refunded once they have been redeemed, so please make sure you wish to proceed before confirming.

  • Malicious registration (including use of false information, or creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards) will result in disqualification

    Jackery reserves all rights to cancel rewards or orders, obtained via the following methods:
    ① False Information Usage: It is strictly prohibited to use false names, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information to create accounts.


    ② Multiple Account Creation: It is strictly prohibited for a single user to create multiple accounts, to obtain additional rewards or discounts. This includes using different email addresses, or any identity information to register multiple accounts.


    ③ Automated Registration Tools: Use of any automated tools or scripts, for bulk account registration is strictly prohibited.


    ④ Malicious Behaviour: Any other behaviour deemed to be malicious, including exploiting system vulnerabilities, or engaging in fraudulent transactions, is strictly prohibited.

  • Handling of violations of Jackery membership points rules

    If a user has acted maliciously or falsely in obtaining points, using points or gaining benefits, Jackery reserves the right to freeze or cancel the user's points, stop providing services or cancel the user's account as appropriate, and not accept the user's application for re-registration.
