Jackery 12V Automobile Battery Charging Cable

Just recieved looks really good and delivery was speedy

I ordered the cable after having a low battery on my motorhome one morning. Luckily I was at home and had mains power for a charger. I had recently purchased a Jackery 1000 and I realised that had I been without mains power I would have been stuck. The cable arrived within a week and I am very pleased with the quality and feel. As yet I have not had to use it but I feel happy knowing I have a solution in an emergency. Well worth it.

Only thing I would recommend is a zip section for the plug just so the power station itself doe not get scratched, ive just put the plug in a separate bag within this bag, perfect power station storage.

I'm very pleased with my jackery, I've already recommended to one of my neighbours, I live in a area prone to power cuts, first thing I tried this one was my paraffin heaters to keep us warm and it worked brilliantly with plenty to spare,
The light is brilliant, its a very easy to use and works straight from the box, I would 100% recommend this.

I was a proud owner of the 240 v2 and blown away with its performance on a camping trip last year, however knew that it couldn’t provide a complete home backup in the event of a power outage! So I decided to purchase the 1000 v2 and last weekend I decided to run a test at home with amazing results. I spent the entire evening sitting in my lounge with the tv, soundbar and room side lights all running from the unit, you’d have never of known I was running off grid, as it was a small load no cooling fan was required so it was completely silent. From a 20% battery life level it only took an hour of charging to be back to 100% I’ve been an electrical engineer for over 35 years so can easily tell the difference between a well made piece of kit and a poor one, the Jackery products are some of the best I’ve every used, with great service support to back them up. Well done to everybody at Jackery for making such great products 👏

Adding a Jackery to our van life has opened up opportunities for longer off grid adventures. This unit provides awesome power for all our on board needs. Quick to charge and multiple outputs allows us to run everything we need at once in the van. Recommend to anyone looking for that van power solution. Combined with twin solar panels and 12V on the go charging to give every option to keep the unit at full power. Well done Jackery this really is a serious piece of kit.

I purchased the bag from jackery to fit my 1000 V2 and when it arrived I noticed it was slightly oversized and then I realized why it is made so that you can put your accessories inside the bag as well it keeps the jackery safe and also dry if we're using it in your tent or in your motor home or anywhere outside a really good accessory to keep your jackery dry safe and ready for use at anytime

Firstly, I have to say that the Explorer 2000 v2 is a great quality bit of kit. I bought it after seeing it on a house renovation programme and was so impressed with it at that point that I took the gamble and bought one on Amazon where the discount was massive.
My wife wanted to test it and so having fully charged it (that took no time at all) she decided to use it to vacuum our four bedroom house. It was in use for certainly 3-4 hours and the battery power was only reduced to approximately 60%.

This will be coming with us in the caravan at weekends and whilst we have solar panel on the caravan it's going to be an essential backup should the British weather continued to be glorious! Also with the recent weather we did have a power cut and so we were able to test it and had some emergency lighting throughout the house.
Thoroughly recommend it.

Item was shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the first unit I received was faulty and would not charge/recharge via the 240 volt mains input. It appeared to function correctly in every other way, even charging directly from both the solar panels and 12 volt input.

Direct email support from Jackery was prompt and very helpful, but after troubleshooting the problem for a few days the issue was not resolved.
I therefore requested a replacement unit and was quickly provided with the packaging instructions and return shipping label (free of charge).

Following confirmation of posting, a replacement unit was dispatched and received with three days. This unit was tested, proven to be fully functional and whilst it was primarily purchased for 'off-grid' camping/motorhome usage, it has proven to be an invaluable asset during a number of household power outages we have experienced following recent storms.

Whilst not a cheap item, this unit (Explorer 2000 v2) is very well made, robust and very easy to operate. Only time will tell if it is ultimately 'worth the money', but (at the moment) I am very happy with both my purchase and the customer support received to date.

I have used both every day since I bought them.

I currently own one of these and it’s absolutely brilliant, quite different to other models. Keeps all my gadgets charged and for emergencies tooo

Only used twice as only just got the 2000 v2 so far it’s been brilliant plug stuff in and it says is that all you got ha ha well worth the money
