Great service, it was delivered very quickly and well packaged. The power bank is a good size so doesn’t take up to much room in the van.

Over all it seems great. The only issue I have is with the stand for the solar panels. They are a real pain to get the 2m panel to open up flat and get the stands out. The velcro is very sticky and as a 5ft 4 woman, I really struggle to get it up and out. It's not impossible, just a faff. However, I love how well it folds up and popper and magnetis together. That piece of design is brilliant. But the velcro stands are not as good. Every time I try and straighten out the panels and rearrange the stands one will re velcro itself and in unsticking it I will re kink the panels. It's just frustrating.

great service great product , the bag is confusing and a let down ......I am a professional image maker / photographer and have a lot of equipment and carry bags etc for it ...... I was honestly expecting something more padded and sturdy to protect the generator in transit etc ..... as with say my electronic flash generators etc , found the bag to be very thin , lacking in protective layering against knocks etc

I will leave a review when I have used it.

Absolute game changer! I live in my little van, my new Jackery 1000 V2 has completely changed my experience for the better. I don't think I'd want to be without it now

Quick delivery Easy to set up and charge. Only comment is regarding free cable and extra cable I ordered all coming seperately why not as one package.

Wanted it for my garage gym as no electricity in there, bought a 1000 v2 and it is perfect as it will light my garage up for about 30 hours ish from one charge ( small LCD strip light) 👍 looking forward to more sunny days to use solar panel .

Really great power bank. Silent running, takes up minimal space. IF used as an UPS, changeover time minimal. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Customer service team are great if any issues

Solar generator arrived within a few days and was well packaged, though the DX tracking is a bit limited. The generator itself is very good - large capacity, useful display and app. I haven't tried charging from panels yet, just mains. The only improvements I would suggest are water-protection for sockets when not in use; and the charging plan working mode starts charging at the set time but continues to draw power from the mains after the plan end time - not much help if you want to charge during low rate periods and discharge during peak rate. But overall a good product.

Great piece of kit

I purchased a Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 during the Prime Day sale, primarily for an upcoming camping trip. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.

The unit arrived completely defective. It wouldn't switch on or charge straight out of the box. I followed all the troubleshooting steps provided by customer support, including trying different sockets, resetting the unit and attempting to charge it using the car charging cable. Nothing worked.

By the time the issue had been investigated and a return arranged for a replacement, our camping trip had been and gone, meaning the whole reason for purchasing it was lost.

To make matters worse, I then received a marketing email from Jackery announcing their newer generation of power stations. Having just purchased an older generation model during a heavily promoted Prime Day sale, only for it to arrive completely unusable, this was particularly frustrating.

While the customer support team have been polite throughout, the overall process has been unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating. I've spent far more time than I should have troubleshooting, emailing support and arranging the return of a product that should have worked from day one.

For a product at this price point, I expected considerably better quality control and customer service. It's a shame because I was genuinely excited about owning a Jackery, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand.

**Weeks later, I'm still waiting for a new return label to be sent so I can actually return the faulty unit and get my money back.** What should have been a straightforward return for a product that was defective on arrival has become an unnecessarily long and frustrating process.

Extremely disappointing from start to finish.

We are very happy with our new Jackery power bank it does what it says on box it charges up very quickly and it works the hover with out a problem I would highly recommend a jarckery..

It was time to upgrade my E1000 to the new E1000 v2 and I wasn't disappointed. lighter, faster charging and an app that is easy to navigate

What a crap company. Discontinued the power 2000 plus and no longer support the expansion batteries a few months after purchase. Massively regret my decision of trusting this company. AVOID!!!
