  • Which 288Wh power station is right for me — AC or DC?

    If you plan to run plug-in appliances, the AC version (Explorer 300 Plus or other models) will suit you best.
    If you mainly charge phones, laptops, cameras or drones and want something lighter to carry, then this Explorer 300D DC version is a great choice.
    Both have the same 288Wh capacity — it simply depends on how you’ll use your power.

  • Can the E300D power multiple devices simultaneously?

    Yes, the E300D supports simultaneous multi-device charging, with the total output of its five ports capped as follows:
    C1 (65W Max) + C2 (65W Max) + C3 (30W Max) + USB-A (15W Max) + Cigarette Lighter (120W Max)

  • Can the E300D directly power household appliances?

    The E300D does not support AC output and cannot directly power household appliances.

  • Which solar panel models are supported by the E300D? How can I check the compatibility of third-party solar panels with the E300D? What is the maximum number of solar panels that can be connected?

    1. The E300D supports all currently available Jackery solar panel models.（Saga 40W mini; Saga100W; Saga 200W)


    2 .To confirm compatibility with third-party solar panels, please refer to the following DC input parameters:
    PV (8020): 16~28V⎓ 6A, 100W Max input power
    Car Charging (8020): 11~16V⎓ 6A, 96W Max input power(does not support 24V car charging)
    Type-C1: 28V⎓ 5A, 140W Max (does not support solar panel connection)

    3. The E300D supports connecting up to 1 solar panel.

  • What are the suitable use scenarios for the E300D? What environmental conditions are required?

    The E300D is ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor scenarios, including camping, RV trips, outdoor gatherings, and home backup power supply.

    Operating Parameters:
    - Charging temperature: 0°C to 45°C
    - Discharging temperature: -15°C to 45°C
    - Humidity tolerance: 0% to 60% RH

  • Do I need any additional accessories if I purchase the E300D separately?

    The E300D is supplied with a 140W USB-C to USB-C charging cable. A separate car charging cable is required for vehicle-to-E300D charging or E300D-to-vehicle charging. For connection to a Jackery solar panel, the required DC charging cable (8020 interface compatible) is included in the solar panel’s package.

  • What are the charging methods for the E300D? Can multiple charging methods be used at the same time? What should I be aware of?

    Three charging methods are supported: car charging, solar panel charging, and Type-C charging. Simultaneous charging is allowed via the DC8020 port and Type-C port.

    Important Notes:
    1. The DC8020 port is incompatible with 24V car charging.
    2. The Type-C port does not support solar panel charging.

  • Does the E300D support Wi-Fi/Bluetooth? Can it be controlled via an app?

    The E300D lacks Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, meaning app-based control is unavailable.
