• 2. The eligible products for upgrade are listed in the assessment form.
  3. You can upgrade your Jackery product(s) on uk.jackery.com by filling out the upgrade assessment form. Each assessment form allows one product for an upgrade only. To upgrade multiple Jackery products, please fill out separate assessment forms, for each product.
• 4. Once you submit your assessment form, you will receive an email with the assessed value of your upgrade, within 7 days. We will estimate your upgrade value based on factors including: the product's model, manufacturing date, and also your description of the product's condition. The final upgrade value may differ if the product's actual condition does not match the submitted description.
• 5. Please register as a member on Jackery's Official Website first. After registration, you can then track the progress of your upgrade by logging into your Jackery account, and then going to 'My Upgrade.'
• 6. You additionally have the option to reject your estimated upgrade value and cancel your upgrade. Upon confirmation, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
  7. You can cancel the upgrade process before the gift card is issued and sent to you. Please note that the upgrade progress will be finished after the giftcard is sent to you.
  8. Once we receive and verify your current product's condition, you'll receive the estimated upgrade value as a Jackery gift card within 3 working days.
  9. Use your Jackery gift card on the UK Official Website uk.jackery.com, with no minimum purchase requirement. The gift card, unfortunately, can not be redeemed for cash and can't be used for refunds or price adjustments on orders already placed. Please note that the giftcard will expire in 3 years after it's been sent to you, so make sure to redeem it promptly.
  10. Your submitted personal information will be governed by our Privacy Policy. Submission of the assessment form signifies agreement with our service and privacy policy.
  11. Jackery reserves the final interpretation rights of this program.
