Notes:
1. Solar panel types and quantity depends on your purchase.
2. Buy 2 SolarSoga, get 1*Solar Panel Connectors.
3. Buy 4 or 6 SolarSoga, get 2*Solar Panel Connectors.
4. The 200W Solar Panel only comes when you buy the Bundle: Explorer 2000 Plus + SolarSaga 200W.
* This product (portable power supply) can supply power to your device in the temperature range of -10 to 40 degrees Celsius (-10 to 65 degrees Celsius for solar panels). If the operating temperature is outside the above range, this product may not work.
It's LiFePO4 with the advantages of high temperature resistance, strong safety stability, and better circulation performance.
It is rated for 4000 full charge cycles, at that point you will have about 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there.
( it's not to say the battery only has 4000 cycle life span. Among 4000 cycles, the unit can exert its best performance. It would not perform its best after 4000 cycles because of internal wastage.)
You can plug in Jackery 80W/100W/200W solar panel to charge the Explorer 2000 Plus.
It has a unique silent charging mode with a maximum noise of up to 30DB(like in a library) and it will take 4.5 hours to fully charge the power station in this mode.
Yes, search for “Jackery” in Google Play or Apple Store to install the App. After that, you can register and login.
30% of the power stored for 1 year can still be left with 20% or more.
Yes, the built-in Battery Management System (BMS) and pure sine wave inverter protects your sensitive devices from damage.
We strongly do not recommend using other solar panel brands to recharge Jackery power station products since we cannot guarantee other brand quality and provide an after-sale service - for instance if damaged through using other company's solar panel brands.
We provide 3+2 year warranty for Explorer 2000 Plus. A 5-year total warranty (includes a 2-year extension) for Jackery website orders, and for Amazon orders, please register your item on the official website: https://support.jackery.com/extend-warranty to get the extra 2-year warranty.
Yes, the Explorer 2000 Plus supports EPS.
Yes, the Explorer 2000 Plus supports pass-through charging and it won't cause any damage to the battery life.
Up to 6 solar panels can be connected simultaneously to charge the E2000 Plus.It will take 2 hours fastest to fully charge the item if you plug in 6*200W Jackery solar panel.
Yes, the product is 94V-0 fireproof and meets UL2743 certification requirements.
No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.
Customers praised this portable power station as a "powerhouse" with excellent capacity and versatility. Reviews highlight "great power output," fast charging, and quiet operation. The expandable battery system, app control, and multiple charging options received acclaim. Some noted solar input sensitivity issues in low light and heavy weight, though wheels aid portability.
Excellent kit used in our cycling club to power a 1. 5 litre hot water boiler , kettle and a ceiling led panel light , connected to 2 no 200 watt renogy panels . However if weather not sufficient to keep charged it only takes about 2 hours to fully charge from 25 % at home
Having recently taken delivery of a Jackery Explorer 2000 Plus and 2 x Jackery SolarSaga 200W solar panels I can definitely give the package a big thumbs up. The overall design is excellent, everything from the carry case design for the solar panels to the telescopic handle of the generator. The wheels make it easy to move it around by the telescopic handle, and when that is not possible there are 2 very good handles (one either side) to allow easy lifting.
All of the connections are well labelled and the 2 output switches are conveniently located close together but also close to the respective output sockets, so it is very logical and ergonomically designed.
I chose this unit in particular because of the 3000W output, which is enough for almost any device I could imaging wanting to plus into it. It is also very future proof with the option to add on additional battery packs for extra capacity should it be needed, which is a brilliant idea.
Overall, I know it is not the cheapest brand on the market, but with the reward points scheme, seasonal discounts and vouchers, it is actually possible to get one for less than the cheaper competitors, plus the extended warranty is a definite advantage over others.
Great buying experience. Very fast delivery, well packaged..easy set up. Just waiting for sun! I charged battery pack up via wall socket, fully charged quickly. Solar panels are quite large so will try and hang them vertically. Contacted customer services to ask if thats ok. They said yes. Great kit.
Amazing product with great power output
I’ve only used it for a weekend so having another weekend away this week we did charge it but seamed to run down quick
Great generator! Not my first Jackery but the best! Love the ability to monitor and control it by the app! Thanks jackery!
Another well made ,solid product from Jackery. This gives me power for working in the workshop or easily moved for portable power in rural locations.
I bought this for a week's fishing at a venue with no electricity. It's simple get up and running with the app and a very sturdy bit of kit
I bought the jackery Explorer 2000 plus for camping trips
To use with my cpap machine
Verry happy with this product only used 15 % of battery for the whole night on cpap
So will last quite a few days
Great unit very powerful would recommend
Disappointed that the solar input ignores anything below about 18 watts, where as on a dull day, my Jackery 1000 V2 will suck all energy from the panels with zero problems. I have tried swapping the inputs from the jackery solar panels, (I have 2x200watt panels), between the two devices, and it is the 2000 plus that loses out unless it is bright sun, so there is a lack of sensitivity of the DC inputs on the 2000 plus. I have read up on this, and it says it is to protect the batteries, which are the same as the 1000 V2, but the 2000 plus apparently needs a solid steady input over 18 watts.
It is a shame, because in my opinion, I am losing a lot of power, and the 2000 plus is a great power house, so I have ended up daily swapping out the panels if it is a dull day, between the 2000 plus, and the 1000 V2 to optimise the power gain. If the solar panel inputs were as good as the 1000 V2, I would have given it 5 stars. Of course I could always move house to the South of England, where the sun is stronger, but I live in the North.
I love this power station, extremely well-made and someone has actually thought about how many sockets it needs and the different types. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you to rolly at the jackery support team for helping me work out my issues at checkout . Very friendly and quick to help me resolve my issue 🙂
I have two Explorer 2000s with six expansion battery packs, with a plan to buy more. Why so much power? One runs my home and is charged via the solar panels and topped up by economy 7 at night. The additional batteries run my caravan 230v system when off grid. It’s easy, convenient, plug and play power.
After years of umming and aaring, and with more and more energy uncertainty, I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy a generator big enough to manage some of the household power needs.
Currently running my full-size fridge freezer and two emergency torches, but with plenty of room for more items as/when needed, my only upset is that my garden is only big enough to house one solar panel.
If a wind turbine is ever available for the system, I will immediately purchase one.
I purchased the Jackery Explorer 2000 initially to provide emergency back up during a grid outage. The hotel load on my property, a modest 3 Bed detached cottage in South West Devon, sits around 5KWhr energy consumption in 24 Hrs. With the Extension battery I can provide all that I need to cook, light and heat the whole house. I cook using a tefal 1.25KW muti cooker and it only uses a few percent over 30 mins or so. It runs two freezers and a fridge over night each having 55Watts of load. I can boil the 3Kw Kettle a multitude of times, run low wattage led lighting in the evening and also run my central heating system before recharge is needed. I will now probably purchase two more units and run an off grid network around the home. I would also recommend purchasing at least two solar saga 200 Watt folding solar arrays. Overall I am impressed. Very useful to back off hotel load in the summer and as an emergency supply for all year round.
Such a great product. Quick charging and helps with power outage at home and charging emtb from our van when on the move. Looking forward to getting solar panels for total off grid experience
Im not technically savvy but I understand a few things. Its hurricane season & we had freaky snowstorms in October! Leaving in the northeast, one never knows so I bought this generator. It arrived quickly. My husband charged it, it was ready to go. I feel better to have a backup power when unexpected bad weather conditions come. I did try to compare generators out there. This one won me over.
I already have a Jackery 500 and two 100w Jackery solar panels so I know this company is top notch. So of course when I bought my travel trailer I had to get a more powerful generator to take on trips. Jackery! You folks are incredible. I love my 2000 Pro +. It's heavy for me. I'm so grateful for the handles AND the wheels to cart my generator. Its currently charging my trailer batteries which will be finished in about 2 hours with plenty of power to use elsewhere. It's quiet - can't even hear it. And as a bonus for myself I picked up a 200w solar panel so now (with my trailer's solar panel) I have 500w to charge it. Trust me I'll pick another 200w solar in the coming months. If you want reliability, eco friendly and highest quality for your money get a Jackery!
I now own three Jackery Solar Generators. Why, you ask? First and foremost, Jackery Solar Generators are the most reliable, quality made and affordable thats for sale on the market today. In addition, Jackery has the best customer service Ive ever encountered. Check out my three purchases- E1000v2, E2000v2 and E2000 Plus. I also own three 200w Solar Saga Solar Panels that will charge my units should I encounter an extended power outage. Camping, emergency power outages, whatever the reason, its a nice feeling to know I will always have power no matter the circumstances. Only buy Jackery products, a trusted brand name for many years!
We love this power station, can be recharged quickly. No noise while enjoying the peace and quiet at off grid cabin. Hope to add solar panels, for now we can recharge with gas generator in about an 1hr and 10 min, from 30%, then back to peace and solitude. Runs our fridge/freezer for about a day and half and that is with running lights and other things at same time. Would highly recommend.
When I am doing yard work, handyman jobs, and other duties, I often resort to my power tools. The battery powered ones are fine, but for long lasting heavy duty power, I need a direct power line.
I used to use gasoline powered tools, but they are noisy and environmentally horrible. So, I defaulted to many battery backup systems. Unfortunately, even the best of them don't have the stamina of a direct powered tool.
I was recently removing concrete from a floor and needed my DeWalt rotary hammer. It is great when using it with a chisel tip. However, it only works off a direct power line. I do have a rotary hammer drill that is battery powered, but is doesn't have the staying power or the oomph.
The Jackery solves all my problems. I charge it up and wheel it to the job site. It will power my electric systems for hour on end. Full power and no issue with small batteries overheating or dying.
I have a Honda 5000 watt generator that is sort of quiet that I used to wheel to the job.
Now, I use this Jackery.
The system is easy to use, I can wheel it, and it's weight is easily manageable if it is picked up.
It definitely was a good purchase.
Purchased for home backup but I also take these out with me on long camping trips. It will easily power whatever you plug in it and the 30 amp RV plug is a nice addition. Note that that the battery pack will
not function as a standalone unit because there are no output ports and can only be charged with solar panels (no AC charging for the battery pack unless it's connected to a 2000plus. Additional batteries can be added depending on your needs and can handle up to 6 Solar Saga 200 panels. Very impressed with what Jackery has done here and Im very pleased with this product.
I am a long time user of Jackery batteries. I was very excited when the Explorer 2000 plus was released. This is the very 1st expendable battery system that Jackery has released. It allows up to 12kwh capacity on a 3000w 120v output, or 24kwh on a 6000w 240v output. Perfect upgrade for my home backup.
Jackery Explorer 2000 plus uses the new LiFePO4 battery cells. The LiFePO4 cells are much safer comparing to the Li-Ion cells. It can operate between -4F to 140F temperature, and much better performance in a cold environment than the Li-Ion cells. The LFP( LiFePO4) cells is rated 4000 cycles to 70%+, and the Li-ion cells is rated 1000 cycles to 80%. It can last about 4 times longer than the Li-ion battery cells, can easily last 10 years on a daily use. Thats great for a daily home power backup solution!!
Since the density of the LPF battery is different from the Li-Ion, it makes it a little heavier than the Li-ion batteries. The 2000 plus weighs about 61.5lb, and the 2000 pro weighs about 43lb. Almost 20lb heavier than the Li-ion battery. Portability wise it might not be the best option, but for a long lasting purpose this will be great! Thats why the 2000 plus has built in wheels, and handle to make it easier when transporting the battery to different locations.
Then 2000 plus inverter can output 3000w max, and 6000w surge peak, where as the 2000 pro can only output 2200 w max, and 4400w surge peak. That means, I am able to power more devices around the house with this battery. I was even able to charge my Tesla with this battery as well. Even tho its only one level 1 charging, with 120v 12 amp, I can get about 10 miles of driving range from the 3kwh amount of power. Not bad for emergency needs.
The Jackery control app is very useful. I can pretty much control everything via the app. I can adjust battery charging speed, output on/off, monitor output voltage, % of power left, temperature and more. The app can connect to the battery via bluetooth, or wifi. When connected via wifi, I can access my battery from anywhere, as long as I have internet access. This makes it so much easier to make changes when I am not home. I dont see any web version of the app. I am hoping that Jackery will provide some type of web access as well, that will be even more useful as a backup, if something happens to the smartphone.
I am super excited to see that the expendable setup allows up to 5 additional expansion batteries to connect to one 2000 plus base unit. Which max at 12kwh capacity. That can easily run the whole house for 24 hours or more. This makes the system really flexible, depending on my needs I can customize the capacity that fits my lifestyle. With the 30 amp outlet, I am going to connect to my transfer switch at home, so I can use this to backup the whole house for emergency purposes. Right now I have 4kwh, I am planning to upgrade to 6kwh in the next few months. I am super excited, with the possibility I have with this new expendable design.
super quality and does what its supposed to do
I now have three of these lamps and I love them. They are really well designed and lovely to look at but also very functional with different light settings. Easy to charge via a USB cable as well.
My lamps sit out in our conservatory and give off a lovely light setting after dark but are also there in readiness for power cuts etc. We don't camp anymore but these lamps would be perfect to take on a camping trip.
Solid, sturdy and highly recommended.
Brilliant bit of kit, run my Bipap and cooler for 2 days solid, also have solar, but being new, wanted to see how it handled, from 100% to zero, max use
Got a set of these recently and I’ve already used them. was away in the Caravan when the leisure battery went flat luckily had my Jackery with me. I was able to charge my leisure battery with these cables. Great little addition to have if you have a Jackery.
What can you say it’s a cap but it’s up to the usual Jackery quality. Which means it’s likely to last a long time.
This really is an amazing little lantern. And the fact that it is also a power bank means that I can go camping and don’t have to worry about charging my phone very clever indeed.
Very good product very well-made really handy to have in the garage
great lamp with good lighting and holds charge well
Safe and easy way to link mutiple solar panels to my unit, sturdy made, great bit of kit, takes the worry off your mind about doing any damage to your unit.
I’m absolutely delighted with my Jackery Explorer 3000 v2 Portable Power Station. I regularly use it when I’m away off-grid in my motorhome, and it has completely changed the way I use my van when I’m not connected to campsite mains.
I connect the Jackery to my motorhome using a 16-amp cable, which effectively gives me mains power throughout the van just as if I were connected on a campsite. I can then comfortably run my air fryer, kettle and even my wife’s hairdryer and other hair products without worrying about running out of power.
What really impresses me is that I can use my motorhome’s solar system to help replenish the charge I’ve used, making it a fantastic setup for staying off-grid for longer.
The Jackery has given me a huge amount of confidence when travelling and camping away from mains electricity. It’s powerful, reliable and incredibly convenient, and it means I don’t have to compromise on the comforts we enjoy at home.
I honestly couldn’t be happier with it.
Absolutely love my Jackery — highly recommended for anyone who enjoys off-grid motorhome adventures! 🚐⚡️
Super slick, super capable. I actually did a video review at https://youtu.be/j2B7CXqCv9I , integrating this into a three-Jackery home-brew set-up.
I now have 3.5kWh of power in flexible form!
This is a lovely little lamp, I now have two of them. Fully charged, they last a looong time and with the choice of either cool or warm glow, work brilliantly. Easy to move and place, and look fantastic
The jackory explorer 1000 v2 is brilliant perfect for my fishing trips it’s the second one I’ve had as I previously had the explorer 240 v1 which was perfect at first but I needed a larger capacity battery as I have more stuff to power so I upgraded even though it was still going strong
Really happy with my Power station, easy to use. Stores from the sun really quickly, you can see how much is being stored by a quick press of button on the front. Used it mainly so far to charge my phone, I pad and my watch.
I was about to set off in my campervan with my solar panel but no adapter - unused up to then, and mislaid - so I ordered a replacement to be sent to a destination in Scotland. It arrived there before I did. Of course, the adapter is essential for the Jackery Explorer 240. As for the adapter itself, it works, as expected.
