Note 1: The UPS function (≤20ms) of the E240 New Version supports some desktop computers and CPAP machines that require uninterruptible power supply within 20ms. The Jackery Lab has rigorously tested the HP Z230 desktop computer and 15W router, confirming their seamless compatibility.

FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
    will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
    Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
    and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
    outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge.

Purchased to use while camping, so far it's been absolutely amazing, it will charge anything I've thrown at it, and runs my electric pump easily. Well worth the purchase, IF you can get it discounted

Timing and light

Only just got my 240v2 couple of weeks ago...tonight power goes out (16/09/2024). When I got it I had the comments..what are you going to do with that...well I used the light on it to light up my room...perfect. Could boil the kettle but one thing at a time.

I bought the 240 v1 (simply because they are selling for £40 less).
It’s a thing of beauty and it works really well.
I figure in a power cut (which it’s intended for) I can run either a TV and/or a router and a couple of USB lights for a few hours.

240 v2 with 80w panel

This is my first pack and solar combination, mainly to keep phones charged when we are away from ehu.
What a great combination, just in a full charge of the pack, kept 2 phones and 2 tablets fully charged for the weekend.
Charging the pack via solar is quick, and is easy to to up. Will easily keep devices charged for a week long camping trip with the use of the solar panel.

Practical Option!

Bought this and a solar panel last month as a back up when we don’t use hook up in our campervan. It’s a new van so has a good leisure battery and solar panels but we just wanted a back up without spending a fortune. So far so good, fully charged at home and used to keep iPads and phones charged for 3 nights, topping up with Jackery Solar Panel during the day! Really pleased.
