    Excellent

I don’t know why I didn’t buy this ages ago when I first came across Jackery!
Excellent piece of kit, it has already done its job during the recent storm.
    Easy to use and understand.
Next purchase will be the solar panel.
Also really good customer support- thank you.

    Amazing little thing

In love with this little power box. Since living in a caravan we have had endless problems with sourcing our electricity from car batteries. Getting this fella our eletrical supply has been so easy. Charges fully in about 4 hours and lasts just over a week, with out appliances on semi-full blast.
Particularly love how you can plug in straight into the device, so no need to faff around with cables and wires, that I would otherwise need a degree to understand.

Hope to keep this lil guy for a long time, and eventually get the solar pannel add on to edge closer to off grid living.

    Best Jackery Product Yet?

The Jackery 500 might be my favourite Jackery product yet. It's lightweight and easily portable, the battery life is great. It's powerful enough to handle useful, common appliances and easy to charge in the car as well as at home. Recommended

    So far so good

Arrived well packaged and looking good. Easy to charge, in fact it was showing 40% already. Not due to use it until mid December but with Storm Bert barrelling in from the Atlantic and expected power cuts, it will probably get used before that.

    Explorer 500 power bank

We bought this to use in our newly installed Arctic bbq cabin,we didn't have power in that part of the garden and would've been a big job to put in so opted for the power bank,it charges in few hours and holds it well,we have led lights plugged into it but it's also handy in the event of power cut as this charges other biggish items in the home. We live rural so defo worth buying. Seems very good quality,we are happy with purchase.
