  • The battery type is a LiFePO4 with advantages of high-temperature resistance, strong safety stability, and better circulation performance.

  • It is rated for 4000 full charge cycles - at that point you will have approximately 80% of your original capacity - then will gradually reduce. (This doesn't mean the battery has a 1500 cycle life span - at 1500 cycles the unit functions at its best. After 1,500 cycles the unit will not be at its optimum, due to internal wastage.)

  • You can plug in Jackery 80W/100W/200W solar panel to charge the Explorer 1000 Plus.

  • No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.

Arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged.
After the initial recommended full charge, I started to use the portable power station and was pleasantly surprised how much I could charge up with the 99Wh battery.
I also purchased the Jackery GaN 3-port wall charger which is much faster to charge up the unit than a standard 20w charger.
I would definitely recommend the Explorer 100 Plus,
It’s an easy to use, well made and very compact unit. Ideal for travel or to put in your bag.

I had often thought about buying a petrol generator as a backup and for trips. Weight, size, petrol being flamable and smelly all put me off. Then I discovered the Jackery 1000 v2. Too good to be true I thought but I ordered one. It was small, clean, and light enough to be carried with ease. I charge my phone, tablet and laptop every morning with almost no battery drain. I have charged the batteries from my G-Tech lawn mower and carpet cleaner. No problem. what about my Tassimo coffee maker? Well, the temporary 1300 and 1400 watt surges were not a problem.

I have tried a small 1 litre kettle and a slow cooker and an electric blanket. the 1000 passed with flying colours. The large screen TV and main LED bulbs in the house all worked too. So now I am ready for power outages and, more importantly, I can have freshly brewed coffee on my road trips!

I’ve just bought a 2000 for our caravan. I have tried a few things.
1 boiled a low wattage kettle and made 2 cups of coffee. Used 5%
2 heated some croissants in an air fryer. used 3%. Next from a full charge.
3 Ran the. Caravan fridge. It ran for 11 hours before the battery was flat. So far very impressed 👍👍
