This UPS function does not provide seamless switching within 0ms and it is not suitable for demanding equipment such as data servers or workstations.

FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC) will blink at an increased pace.

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the official Jackery website, Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C, and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C. Operating the product outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it unable to charge or discharge.

Have just used mine for a week away in a cabin off grid it has done everything it has do everything I wanted it to do for a 6 day stsy in an off grid cabin, run wifi, charged everything I have needed and still got juice to last a few more days so highly recommend

Well what a piece of kit. I have used this on my fishing trips to France were it has replaced my Honda petrol generator, hands down its charged all my boat batteries fish finder phones tablets laptops and night lights.Cuppled with the 80w panel it was charging to almost full every day in full October sun. I am now using it in my van every day charging at about 100w off the aux socket when driving,and it runs my 1kw blow heater switched on by Bluetooth from within my house preheating/defrosting the vehicle before i get in it as my heater is broken so a total life saver. Also i am a electrical contractor so i use it to run my power tools and charge my batteries also use it to backup devices whilst we are on call for power outages and to keep thing running like freezers and fridges whilst we fault find. We also undertake data and fibre installations and will be using it as a ups system when we update the data centres we work within but i think i will be looking to obtain the add on battery extension to meet the demand. I am sure i will get loads of use out of it on holiday with the family as having clean power is important to charge everyone's equipment whilst out in our motorhome and at festivals. I have also purchased it connector to connect two solar panels together to half the charge time ill do a you tube video once I've got another one next summer. I have a multitude of power banks and this just leaves the rest behind. The light on the front is handy and the outlets give a good charging options. The handle and size is great and seems really robust and sturdy. I have done some youtube videos at 2005garyfishing and will post more updates on its progress thanks for a great product everyone needs one in there life 5 stars from me

Awesome piece of kit

Great product, I've used the explorer 1000 V2 over the last days out in my campervan & it's kept everything running from my phone, vape, torches, led strips & a 600w travel kettle & still had a high percentage of battery left.

Sadly with the lovely UK weather I haven't managed to test the charging capabilities of the solar panel since it was constantly overcast at the time.
