They are also incredible for the environment, absorbing more than 5x the amount of CO2 as an average “terrestrial” tree on dry land.

3. How is the project’s environmental impact measured?

We track the number of mangroves planted, area restored, biodiversity supported, and communities benefiting, with regular updates published on Greenspark’s platform.

4. How can I trust that Greenspark ensures my contributions reach the projects?

Greenspark is a VC-backed business led by experienced environmental entrepreneurs. All funds are tracked via our public ledger, which is updated quarterly and provides documented proof of every contribution to project partners.

5.Will I receive an email to track my trees after participating in the campaign?
Only newsletter subscribers will receive follow-up emails containing tracking links to view their planted trees, supported projects, and growing environmental impact. If you made a qualifying purchase but are not subscribed to our newsletter, you can still support the initiative — however, you won’t receive the tracking email or impact dashboard link.

6.When will I receive the tree-tracking email after subscribing or making a qualifying purchase?
The tracking email will be sent within up to 90 minutes after your subscription or qualifying order has been completed.

7. How long after purchase will I be able to see the impact of my tree planting (e.g., number of trees planted)?

You’ll be able to see your impact right away. As soon as your purchase is processed, your Greenspark dashboard updates to show the number of trees you’ve funded and details of the reforestation project your contribution supports.

8. How long will it take for my trees to be planted?

Our reforestation partners begin cultivating mangrove seedlings in nurseries as soon as possible after receiving funding, ensuring they’re healthy and ready for planting. Planting takes place during specific tidal and seasonal conditions to give them the best chance to establish strong root systems and survive long-term. This means your trees are usually planted within 6 - 12 months of your purchase, although the restoration process begins much earlier through nursery preparation and site planning.

9. Will I be able to track the growth or progress of the trees I’ve helped plant?

You’ll receive verified evidence from the project sites where your trees are planted. This includes photos and videos from planting sessions, as well as updates that show the real impact being made on the ground. Greenspark works closely with trusted reforestation partners who provide this media and data to ensure full transparency and accountability.

10. How often will I receive updates about the projects and trees I supported?

Project updates are shared periodically, generally every 3 - 6 months. These updates include new images, videos, and verified impact data from our reforestation partners so you can see the progress being made and the difference your contribution is helping to create.

11. How can I verify a partnership with Greenspark?

Partners can be seen through their public profiles on the Greenspark website, showing verified projects and tracked impact. Jackery’s public profile can be found here.

12. How can I trust the projects genuinely benefit people and the planet?

Greenspark uses two layers of verification:We work only with highly vetted, accredited, and audited projects. Our public ledger tracks all transactions to ensure full transparency.

1. Tree Planting Initiative
For every £100 / €100 spent on Jackery’s official UK, DE, and FR websites during the campaign period, Jackery will fund the planting of one verified mangrove tree in Mombasa, Kenya, through Greenspark’s environmental impact platform. For example, if your total qualifying order is £499, Jackery will fund the planting of 4 trees.
This initiative supports mangrove restoration projects that help restore coastlines, protect wildlife habitats, and create sustainable jobs for local communities.

2. Eligibility
The tree planting initiative applies only to:
* Qualifying purchases made on the Jackery UK, DE, and FR official websites between October 27 and December 2, 2025, where the total order value meets the £100 / €100 threshold.
* Newsletter subscribers, limited to the first 500 new subscribers in the UK and Germany, and the first 200 new subscribers in France.

Please note: Only newsletter subscribers will receive follow-up emails containing tracking links to view the trees planted, supported projects, and the growing environmental impact associated with their participation. The tracking email will be sent within up to 90 minutes after your subscription or qualifying order has been completed.

3. Project Verification
All contributions are managed through Greenspark and verified by its reforestation partners, including EarthLungs Reforestation Projects and Veritree.
Each tree planting activity is traceable, transparent, and documented, ensuring genuine and measurable environmental outcomes.

4. Participating Projects
The primary project supported by this campaign is:
Mangrove Restoration in Mombasa, Kenya, which helps restore coastal ecosystems and empower local communities.
Additionally, Jackery supports secondary verified sustainability programs through Greenspark, including:
The Plastic Bank, converting plastic waste into local income opportunities.
UN Project 9933 – Improved Cook Stoves in Malawi, providing clean cooking solutions that reduce emissions and improve community health.

5. Exclusions
This campaign is only valid for purchases and newsletter subscriptions made through the Jackery UK, DE, and FR official websites.
Orders placed via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) or outside the campaign period are not eligible for participation.

6. Confirmation of Tree Count
The final number of trees planted will be calculated based on the total order value at checkout, after discounts, coupons, or returns have been applied.

7. Transparency & Reporting
Jackery and Greenspark will publish regular updates regarding the number of trees planted and overall environmental impact through public dashboards and sustainability reports.
All data and project progress are independently verified to ensure transparency and accountability.

8. General Terms
Jackery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this campaign does not create any ownership or monetary rights over the trees or supported projects.
By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all environmental actions are implemented via verified third-party partners.
