• What are the rules of the coupons sent by registration？

  1. A £150 OFF coupon will be sent to you right after you successfully register or activate your membership.
  2. The coupon applies to orders over £1000.
  3. The coupon applies to all products excluding new arrivals and refurbished products.
  4. The coupon expires 14 days after it has been sent.
  5. A coupon applies to one order only, cannot be combined or stacked with any other offers including sales, coupons etc
  6. The coupon obtained by activating your membership is site-specific. It‘s only available on the site of your activation (It is not redeemable on Jackery's other sites), and delivery of orders is limited to its coverage areas.

• How do I get a free gift when I place an order over £1500?

  1. Membership is required
  2. Orders amount must exceed £1500 and the order should be completed (returned orders or cancelled orders are not counted).
  3. After you register, as long as you place an order over £1500 you can get the gift, each member only once.
  4. We will send the gift information to your email.
  5 .Please check your code at email, click the product page link and check it out with the code provided. The code cannot be used with other offers.
  6. The gift you get can only be redeemed at the site you registered, and cannot be used across sites.
