  • It's LiFePO4 with the advantages of high temperature resistance, strong safety stability, and better circulation performance.

  • It is rated for 4000 full charge cycles, at that point you will have about 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there. 
    ( it's not to say the battery only has 4000 cycle life span. Among 4000 cycles, the unit can exert its best performance. It would not perform its best after 4000 cycles because of internal wastage.)

  • You can plug in Jackery 80W/100W/200W solar panel to charge the Explorer 2000 Plus.

  • It has a unique silent charging mode with a maximum noise of up to 30DB(like in a library) and it will take 4.5 hours to fully charge the power station in this mode.

  • Yes, search for “Jackery” in Google Play or Apple Store to install the App. After that, you can register and login.

  • 30% of the power stored for 1 year can still be left with 20% or more.

  • Yes, the built-in Battery Management System (BMS) and pure sine wave inverter protects your sensitive devices from damage.

  • We strongly do not recommend using other solar panel brands to recharge Jackery power station products since we cannot guarantee other brand quality and provide an after-sale service - for instance if damaged through using other company's solar panel brands.

  • Yes, the product is 94V-0 fireproof and meets UL2743 certification requirements.

  • No. When connecting solar panels to both DC8020 input ports, you must use the same model (same ouput power) and same number of Jackery solar panels (connected via solar panel connectors). Mixing panel models or using an uneven number of panels can cause voltage inconsistencies, which may damage your power station.

Very impressed with the Jackery and solar panel

Very impressed with the Jackery and solar panel. Up to now I have used it twice to charge my mobile. scooter battery on Jackery unit only,it used 12per cent. Although I have only did 2 miles. So I did the same amount of miles. I used Jackery and 100 w solar to gether it used 9 percent. So I’m very satisfied.

A must for off grid camper van trips.

Bought for off grid camper van trips. Used for the first time last weekend and we are very impressed. It easily powered the kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and projector. We bought a 12 volt cigarette lighter type lead and when a boost was needed plugged it directly into the van which has a solar panel and it continued to perform with no problems at all.
The Jackery will allow us to stay in remote locations and not miss out on little luxury’s

Great for fishing or off grid

Very well made and robust, I've bought it for going night fishing and running my CPAP machine, I've tried it before going and it worked a treat, I ran my CPAP for over 8 hrs with humidifier on and heated tube and it didn't even use 30 percent of the battery which is brilliant, it means I can go for 3 nights without charging!!! I'm thinking of getting a solar panel so I can top it up I'm that impressed with it, great piece of kit at a great price, 5 Star

Went off grid for the weekend and with one full charge, powered kettle, charged 2 phones and iPad, watched tv on the night, powered CPAP machine through the night, BBQ for tea and still had plenty left. A great bit of gear. 5*****

Made me review my original impression!!

I originally thought these to be expensive, but I do now have two of these lamps (one purchased with a discount voucher and the other was 'free' using Rewards) and I am very happy with both the build quality and functionality of these units. Whilst you can certainly find similar 'camping lamps' much cheaper elsewhere, I very much doubt that they are as cool, versatile and as well built as these.
