Note 1: The UPS function (≤20ms) of the E240 New Version supports some desktop computers and CPAP machines that require uninterruptible power supply within 20ms. The Jackery Lab has rigorously tested the HP Z230 desktop computer and 15W router, confirming their seamless compatibility.

FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
    will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
    Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
    and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
    outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge.

Absolutely amazing!
I have done my washing of this for the last month!
I cooked a brisket for 6 hours on my silvecrest smoker and used my Bosch jet wash at the same time. I still had 20% power left! I took 3 days to get back to 100% but they weren’t sunny days. There’s were a lot of clouds but still pulled in 200+W at times

Really impressed with this power station. The build quality feels excellent and it’s surprisingly compact and lightweight for the amount of power it provides. Perfect for camping, travelling, or as a backup during power cuts. The battery life is very good, charging is fast, and it runs quietly. I’ve used it for charging phones, laptops, lights, and small appliances with no issues at all. The screen is clear and easy to use, and the overall setup is very straightforward. Excellent accessory. Extremely well made, very strong. My son's motorscooter had a completely dead battery....no lights, no ignition, nothing. I used this with my Jackery 500 to charge it. Left it on charge for 2 and half hours as was doing something else. It started first turn immediately once disconnected. Highly recommended if you use Jackery products.

A Game Changer

I bought thgis to be able to go camping without the need for electric hook up. I have yet to use it in a field but I tried running the fridge off the pwer and it works really well. The solar panels are brillinat and keep the generator topped up. They are a decent size and very effective.
