Note 1: The UPS function (≤20ms) of the E240 New Version supports some desktop computers and CPAP machines that require uninterruptible power supply within 20ms. The Jackery Lab has rigorously tested the HP Z230 desktop computer and 15W router, confirming their seamless compatibility.

FAQ

  • Connect the AC charging cable to the input port of the power station and plug it into the
    wall outlet.

  • Long press the AC Button and Main Power Button until the Energy Saving Mode icon lights up on the screen

  • Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging
    method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery
    app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC)
    will blink at an increased pace

  • Jackery provides 3 years standard warranty and 2 years extended warranty. Please note that we only provide our warranty to customers who purchase from the ocial Jackery website,
    Jackery-branded third-party platforms, or local authorized dealers.

  • The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F),
    and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product
    outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it
    unable to charge or discharge.

Very impressed with the Jackery and solar panel. Up to now I have used it twice to charge my mobile. scooter battery on Jackery unit only,it used 12per cent. Although I have only did 2 miles. So I did the same amount of miles. I used Jackery and 100 w solar to gether it used 9 percent. So I’m very satisfied.

A must for off grid camper van trips.

Bought for off grid camper van trips. Used for the first time last weekend and we are very impressed. It easily powered the kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and projector. We bought a 12 volt cigarette lighter type lead and when a boost was needed plugged it directly into the van which has a solar panel and it continued to perform with no problems at all.
The Jackery will allow us to stay in remote locations and not miss out on little luxury’s

Great for fishing or off grid

Very well made and robust, I've bought it for going night fishing and running my CPAP machine, I've tried it before going and it worked a treat, I ran my CPAP for over 8 hrs with humidifier on and heated tube and it didn't even use 30 percent of the battery which is brilliant, it means I can go for 3 nights without charging!!! I'm thinking of getting a solar panel so I can top it up I'm that impressed with it, great piece of kit at a great price, 5 Star

Highly impressed with the Jackery. It's a substantial unit, but in many ways that's reassuring - and the carry bag makes it easy to transport. So far I've used it to boil kettles, run a moth trap, power a PC and floodlights in my bike shed - so a versatile and handy accessory for home and camping. Fits neatly in our campervan too. Went off grid for the weekend and with one full charge, powered kettle, charged 2 phones and iPad, watched tv on the night, powered CPAP machine through the night, BBQ for tea and still had plenty left. A great bit of gear. 5*****

Made me review my original impression!!

I originally thought these to be expensive, but I do now have two of these lamps (one purchased with a discount voucher and the other was 'free' using Rewards) and I am very happy with both the build quality and functionality of these units. Whilst you can certainly find similar 'camping lamps' much cheaper elsewhere, I very much doubt that they are as cool, versatile and as well built as these.
